All prints are shipped with a sturdy backing board or cardboard, and placed inside a protective plastic sleeve to ensure perfection. Additionally the item is either placed inside a cardboard mailing tube or flat cardboard mailer for ultimate protection.
Shipping on prints is done 1-2 business days from the date of the order, UNLESS the item is not in my studio inventory. Prints that I do not currently have on hand are ordered the day you place your order. If your item is on backorder, I will email you with an expected delivery date, which is approximately 12-14 days from the date of your order.
I try to keep all my prints in stock on a regular basis, but larger ones and popular images are harder to keep up with!
Nonetheless, I will always communicate with you about your print order.

Prints: If you are not happy with the print you ordered, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your print. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The print must be returned undamaged and unopened from the protective plastic sleeve. Please mail the print back within 7 business days for return or exchange. Returns attempted after this timeframe are not accepted.
Original Paintings: It is my utmost desire that you are happy with your original painting! Before you complete your sale, feel free to email me regarding questions or to request additional pictures. Purchases of original paintings are a final sale and are non refundable.
ABOUT THE PAINTINGS:
All of my original paintings are done with acrylics, and most of the surfaces used are wood canvas panels, with the exception of a good old fashioned canvas from time to time. Every artwork is wired on the back and ready to hang on the wall once you receive!

Yes! Every background pattern and clothing pattern is ALL handpainted and designed by me. These are not mixed media pieces, they are all strictly acrylic paints.

When we are children we are naturally engulfed in a state of wonder. The world is uncharted territory and holds endless possibilities. Hope is our default and joy is our constant state of mind. We try desperately to manufacture it, with illusions and unhealthy habits, but it never truly takes, because we’ve seen the way the world works-we’ve been exposed to the ugly underbelly.
I believe an artists job is to cultivate a sense of wonder. Whether a painter, writer, architect or any other creative person, we should be continually championing the return of what’s been stolen-our childlike wonder. I am a creator who is all about igniting the mysteries of imagination; where inside the wardrobes of our mind and hearts lies a captivating world of enchantment and intrigue, a place where we can, with reckless abandon, chase the wonder. Please be aware that the inventory on my website does not always reflect what I have in my studio. Larger sizes (especially above 11 x 14) are most likely going to be ordered when you place your order. The reason for this is because it would cost a fortune to keep every size in stock at all times! I also live in a small cottage and would never have the room for all of that inventory!
It is my #1 goal to get your print to you as quickly as possible. If I do not have your desired size at hand, I will order it within 24 hours of you placing your order. Once I receive it, I will sign and number your limited edition print and mail it to you as described under SHIPPING. I will also email you with an expected delivery date, but in general, it takes between 12-14 business days total!
